Shipping & Delivery
- Orders may take up to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) to be processed. - Please allow 5 to 7 business days for your order to arrive via our own delivery team or courier partners. - Orders received during weekends and public holidays will begin processing on the following business day. - Delivery charge of $5 applies. Free island-wide delivery within Singapore for purchases $60 and above. - Our normal delivery hours are between 9am and 6pm. Evening delivery after working hours is subject to management approval and availability. - Kindly provide us with a valid contact detail as our delivery guy may drop a text/call if there is no one around to receive at point of delivery. - Do check you have provided us with a correct and valid address. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by customers.
Return Policy
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for a refund to the original payment method or exchange for a different product. Additional charges may apply for products of different value for exchange. You may return your order or item(s) due to following reasons: - Your product received does not match the website description or specifications. - You received a wrong order or item(s) that is not intended for you. - The order or item(s) is defective or broken upon receiving. General requirements for returns as follows: - You have a valid proof of purchase or receipt. - The item(s) must be returned in its original condition and sealed items unopened.
